Try this:

1) Convert Kollection MXP file to new Adobe extentsion format (ZXP), you need the CS6 extrnsion manager to do this .. tools > convert mxp extenions

2) Extract the contents of the ZXP with WinRAR

2) Copy the exstracted folders and files to your Dreamweaver CC configuration folder.

I have set session timeout in php.ini as client asked for a longer session timeout but it doesn't seem to be working?

I've not heard of anyone getting MX Kollection Pro working in CS6
