Friends of InterAkt Extensions

The laptop I've been using for years is on it's last legs, so I've started to use a backup tower.

After using the Exchange Manager to install ImpAKT 3.7.1 and starting DW, the activation screen appears. I've tried Activate over the Internet, but everytime I quit, then restart, I have to reenter my user name + pwd. At this point, the screen states that the product has been installed to many times and to use the Offline activation option.

Problem is I can't find my Activation Key. Am able to log in to the product support center and see the links to re-download my purchase products, but can't find the activation key listed there or the original email in my system.

Ideas anyone?

I am facing exactly the same dilema.
A recent rebuild of the PC has meant reloading all my software including DW and related extensions, but although I am using my registered email address and password, activation fails - can you help ?

Apologies for bringing up again an issue it seems many of us have. I have a new machine and need to reinstall my Kollection Pro 3.7.1

Is this even possible to do now that the old Interakt site is no more. If any one can share information or shine a light on this one, it would be much appreciated.

Pretty much exhausted all other avenues.

I have the same problem, I have reinstalled my OS many times in the last few years and have recently went back to use Interakt extensions in Dreamweaver.
I can not activate them online and I dont have the offline key.

Is there a generic key that can be used to activate consider this product suite has been end-of-life?

I used the 30 day trial and want to continue but dont want to have to reinstall or play with my OS to get it to continue working.
