Editable drop-down with multiple fields?

Hi all,
I know this is post seems similar to a previous one, but I think the subject is more clear this way. (sorry for the inconvenience).

I just would like to find a way to save multiple fields instead of a single field when using the editable drop-down server behaviour.

This is my page sample:

field0 (editable drop-down)
field1
field2
field3
field4

When clicking the ADD THIS button in the editable drop-down all fields should be saved to db.

I tried everything with no success.
Is there some doc or sampel about it?
I searched in the old interakt forum and all replies from interakt said this is not possible without customizing the code.
Has anyone already done something similar?
