[dynamic list] using date range in filter?

Hi all,
I know that you can filter a list using date (for date columns, of course).
And you can even use the > or < or >= or <= operators to get, for example:

all records with date newer ot equal to 23/04/2012:
>= 23/04/2012

But is there a way to specify a date interval so that you can filter records and display only the ones that fall between date1 and date2?
