KTML SpellCheck : Cannot Create Temporary Folders

Getting error message when trying to use the KTML spellchecker: 'Cannot Create Temporary Folders. Please Contact Your System Administrator' ... any ideas why anyone ???

Did anything change on your host?
Check your error logs or ask your ISP to check them for you to see what it wrong. Most probably a CHMOD issue.
