The Advanced tab of the KTML
4 server behavior allows you to define XHTML
compliance, editor background color and more:
To configure this tab, follow the instructions below:
In the View code as XHTML drop-down menu select if you want to see XHTML compliant code when switching to source view.
In the Save code as XHTML
drop-down menu select whether the generated code will be saved XHTML
compliant to the database or not.
Note: You need to have installed
and properly configure HTML Tidy in order for the generated code to
be converted to XHTML. To find out what are the XHTML supported tags,
read the reference manual.
Note: The XHTML options are not
available in the Lite version
of the editor.
In the Auto-focus drop-down menu select if the KTML 4 editor will receive focus when the page loads. This way, when the page loads, the cursor will be placed inside the editor window by default.
In the Background color
text box enter the hexadecimal color code for the editor window. You can
click the button on the right to load the color picker:
In the Hyperlink manager file
field enter the path to the file that provides the Hyperlink
Picker with the array of links (or use the Browse
button). The file must use the same scripting language and return an array
of link names and URL's to be used.
Note: The Hyperlink manager option
is not available in the Lite version
of the editor.
After configuring all tabs of the KTML 4 server behavior, click OK to close the dialog box and apply the server behavior.
